7. Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or through other methods made available by Wild Lotus Apothecary.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your service so that subsequent appointments can remain on schedule.
We may require a valid payment method or other form of authorization to reserve certain appointments.
8. Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand that circumstances sometimes require a change in plans. We ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled as early as possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.
Wild Lotus Apothecary may make exceptions to this policy at its discretion for emergencies or unusual circumstances.
9. Packages and Memberships
Certain services may be offered as packages or memberships.
Package and membership terms, including expiration dates, minimum commitments, included services, discounts, and other restrictions, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, packages and memberships are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Memberships may automatically renew according to the terms presented at enrollment until cancelled in accordance with the applicable membership terms.
Any membership cancellation requirements or minimum commitments will be disclosed before enrollment.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used toward eligible products and services offered by Wild Lotus Apothecary.
Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced unless required by applicable law.
Additional restrictions may apply and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or during appointment scheduling.
All applicable prices are subject to change without notice.
Wild Lotus Apothecary reserves the right to correct pricing or other errors and to cancel or modify an order when an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be outside of Wild Lotus Apothecary's control.
